(Photo by Christian Petersen/Getty Images)Michigan State wasn’t able to go into Arizona State and come away with a victory, as the No. 15-ranked Spartans fell on the road to the Sun Devils.It was a tough homecoming for Brian Lewerke, Michigan State’s starting quarterback and a Phoenix, Ariz. native.The junior quarterback played pretty well, throwing for more than 300 yards and a touchdown, but he couldn’t secure the win.Lewerke was playing in front of a lot of his family members.
